The EDPA and various national associations are backing a survey, collecting data to use and publish so as to get people newly diagnosed with Parkinson's an early intervention program. The link below is on Oxford brookes University server and does not promote or propose anything. It is simply a link to the questionaire as the more people who repond the more power the various associations will have to argue for better care. Please help by filling in the survey.
