Improvement after physical stress?

Just wondering if many people have felt an improvement in their PD symptoms after their body has been physically stressed - from illness, or heat or insect bites etc.

I seem to feel much better when I've been ill with something else or worked out in high temperatures, and I remember someone in this site feeling bettter after fire ant bites.

Has anyone tried a sauna or hot tub and had any improvement?

The stress hormone adrenaline ("epinephrine" in the US) can momentarily takes the place of dopamine as a neurotransmitter. That could explain the phenomenon.

Just my two cents...

Yes, once I got caught in a ice storm when driving a brand new car. I was glued to the car and road. Later that night I found all my PD symptoms had disappeared. They did return gradually the next day.
