I presume you are referring to Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. To my knowledge the best therapy for this condition was developed by Dr. Tedone and it is called The Deanna Protocol. Dr Tedone developed it for his daughter:

In addition to the Deanna Protocol a Dr. developed a luteolin supplement for ALS called Lutimax:
