Now that I have found the right synergistic formula for myself the ability to find it is a major pain. I purchased a Indica concentrate with a 80% THC level and a 1% CBD level.
It took care of the pain but not the muscle tightness so after a couple of hours of Christmas cleanup it was time for some solid floor time.
