The Final decision on Ropinirole 24 hour er has come from my insurance company they will only pay from one pill a day. I will have to pay $190 US a month for the other 30 pills. Some times you win some times you lose.

No i take them both. The c/l helps me move the Ropinirole helps with restless leg and stops the Dyskinesia at night and swelling of my hands during off times.
You should only need 1 pill per day if they are 24 hour extended release. That is one every 24 hours
