My only regrets !

To " Regrets "........My only advice is to take your medication on time and get as much rest as you can ! After 12 plus years of burning the candle at both ends I'm starting to experiance an occasional " lockup " , allthough slight and not a problem ! My legs tire easally but I beleave regular walking would help......my back problems prevent doing this , although a " Walker " helps releave the back pain ! After taking Simvastaton for years I've lost muscle tone so I've almost stopped taking it ...... Mostly because of so many negative comments a bout the effects ! I do be leave working out with weights would help regain some strength , but I'm 85 and lacking ambition ! Up until last year I was still running an 8 sec. dragster and doing everything as before ..... although a lot slower and methodical ! So hang in there !

Hey, amazing post! This is this kind of stuff that inspires me. To be honest, I love reading through such stories, they always motivate me very much. I'm struggling with incontinence and I believe, that I have improved a great deal in recent years. I became more confident, less shy of my issues and more open socially. That's why I very often visit websites like this, to try to help people but also read great journeys of other people that help me maintain my motivation and aim for new exciting things and challenges in life. I have a mother who has Parkinson, so I can kind of relate to this issue. She's very old now though, but I remember that she was the real fighter and so I try to be one as well :)

85 and lacking ambition?

Jack Lalanne should have had as much ambition. My babysitter would watch him everyday on T.V. I thought that he was so good that just watching him for a half an hour without the exercise was good for you.

or maybe just my babysitter thought so......
