Abraham Hoffner's work (read it) and used very successfully by us:

1000mg 3x daily niacin (not niacinamide). Since niacin often causes a 'flush' ( a slight burning feeling of the skin caused by dialating the capillaries...sort of like sunburn), you may want to start with 100mg and titrate up.

My husband believed the hair on his arms was 'implanted', that his visible veins were worms that had to be 'excised' with sharp instruments, that every little dot of debris was a bug and became quite compulsive. It always started with 'seeing' someone disappear around a corner or 'spottin' a brown dog in the corner.

Fortunately he did not have a flush reaction and I already had the 1000 dose in the house for cholesterol so I gave it to him when increased hoffners work...after six months of totally uncharistic screaming and threatening him to get him to be rational, he stopped within 24 hrs of giving the first dose.

I have told every doctor and all were amazed. They won't and can't give that info further of course, unless to their own families because it is and won't be approved by the FDA since it is not anything that can be patented...no one will spend the money to do trials. Docs can't recommend t because if they recommend anything off label and not FDA approved for that purpose, sure as you are reading this, they will get sued when some idiot decides to take 5000units a pop and starts feeling unwell.
