Today was the first day since I fell and broke my arm at the end of April that I have been able to do my usual 10 mile bike ride. It is so encouraging to be able to get back to biking and hiking and walking. Sure not easy though. This disease seems to take advantage of any opportunities to get a foothold. I am still taking more sinemet than I was when I fell and that may not change although I would love to get back to my usual amount of three or four 25 - 100 a day. I think I am more often taking 5 to 6 at this point. Someone asked about dyskinesia and cycling. I have not noticed that it is a great help with dyskinesia but it certainly is with energy and mental outlook and I think perhaps making my meds last a little longer, I hope.

So glad you're feeling better Mary
Good to here from you. After 7 years I am thinking of upping my dosage too. I cut my pramopaxil in half which is taking some of the compulsiveness out of my daily activities but I have added an extra dose of sinemet to my morning just recently and I am doing better. My wife still beats me with that sock of nickles but she has a much lighter touch now.
