Give Sinemet a try.

I have just read a post in which someone was scared of starting Sinemet. I have been on it since 2010 without any problems and it means I can live a normal life. Different for everyone but it's worth a try.

Thanks for your advice.. after a month have decided to go ahead but expert says. May not solve lethargy and tired ness

I have only taken Sinemet since my diagnosis three years ago, no nasty side effects from this drug but no help for the constant fatigue and foot pains I suffer each day.

For the fatigue consider selegiline or amantadine.
