I have been taking this for a few weeks and it is indeed helpful! I was taking 100mg, 2x day, 2x week, then upped it to 100mg every day. Now my new Dr, whom I really like, is telling me to consider 100mg, 2-3x/day. Cant quite brush my teeth right handed yet, still freezing on the up and down strokes of my front teeth!

Thank you, I needed some encouragement... I am back from the gym and beginning to think that PD is preventing me from gaining any strength.

Too bad they do not tell precisely the composition the drink they used.

I don't think you can go wrong by combining the ingredients in reasonable amounts

THIS is BIG, and I am not telling :P

I will write a new post about it , IT deserves it !

But since my GM1 post and some people "having a cow" here,

I am hesitant. I need to document it and there is SO much research on IT.

Care to guess what it is ?

OR should i wait to take it FIRST, get cured from PD and never tell you about it, since you were so mean to me, well some of you at least :)

I went to a seminar on whey protein isolate, namely the Immunical brand. It is the closest thing to mothers milk, cures almost every disease including cancer, raises glutahione and improves strength and energy. There are thousands of studies on this. The immunocal brand is super expensive but clearly the highest quality. I used it for 3 months and ran out of money but saw a great improvement in my health. I now use a brand called Promix undenatured grass fed whey protein isolate, and I mix in 1/4 tsp of creatine every day. Now going on 7 months of this, I continue to get better and better all around. In fact, I just walked in from the gym and my workouts today are like night and day compared to a year ago.

Used IMMUNOCAL too a while back, did not do much for me :(

Its a pain to mix with liquids, globs up does not want to mix

Hi Bassfspade,

I have read that increasing your Glutathione level is wonderful for PWP. But in only works on some people. Do yu agree with this? I have also read that undenatured whey Protein is a great way to increase your Glutathione.

I saw you add creatine. I was wondering why?

Hi there goodmanm! Since each person with Parkinson's experiences it in their own unique way, i would have to say that it might be true that not everyone will be able to make adequate glutathione. However, studies show that with whey protein isolate such as immunocal platinum, most people will feel better within 6 months or so. I tried this product and noticed a big difference in a few days. But immunocal platinum is very expensive, so i researched the ingredients and make my own version. That is why i add creatine, and it makes a big difference in strength, fatigue and muscle recovery after excercise. It also helps me excercise better. You can add mineral supplements too or just take a multivitamin. Every day i mix 1/4 tsp creatine with 30g undenatured whey protein isolate. Ive been doing this since january and my energy is way better.
