Shaking upon waking up

When I wake up in the morning or after a nap I shake uncontrollably for less than a minute. What could this be?

Same thing happens to me. But I don't know why.

Gail. I would say that it is Parkinson's disease, as that happened to me for many years, after having been diagnosed with Pd.
