I don't really know what to do. During all week 8 I have had lots of sore legs, all the way. Yesterday, I just couldn't keep up and needed to walk for about a minute. But I found some strength and finished the 28 minutes. But, that walk, I did on the middle is killing me. I don't know if I should start week 9.

I think a minute walk in the middle is ok, although I know how you feel, as for moving on it is really up to you, personally I would say you have done it and move on, but if you feel you have to do it by the book then have another 28 run.

I had exactly the same thing, on the last week of run 7 I felt amazing. I honestly felt as if I could have sang along to my ipod with my hands in the air as I confidently ran along!! The first week of run 8 I did with my boyfriend and after 1 minute my legs felt so heavy I started crying and whinged 'I want to stop', I felt such a fool. I managed to continue running my only loosened up after about 18minutes!!!
Maybe it was literally just a bad run day....?
I struggled with that one yesterday as well Arwen and had to do a few strides of walking just 3 minutes in! I was really cross with myself but managed to get going again and completed it. I'm going to move onto Week 9 tomorrow and put it behind me as a bad run, we all have them, that was my 3rd to date, let's hope the last 3 are a bit easier for us
