Me too! My fastest is 27.45 (race for life)

I know I have it in me (when my leg works properly again)

I think we should both get there by the end of the year :)

Hi TJ,

I did manage one glorious day to do 27.30 but it nearly killed me! This was a few months ago and I have been injured and off completely for more than two weeks between then and now, My best two times recently have been 28.29 and last night's, but I will beat it if you will! I think we need to work on speed/fartlek for part of our runs. I KNOW we can do it, it's just a matter of a plan! I did a 28.29 5K training run in Leith while we were on holiday which was on a ex railway line so fairly flat; last night's was at home on a hillier route so really it was a harder effort.
