It's not giving in, it's being sensible. There's a difference between working through aches and pains and listening to signals from your body that something is NOT right. Can't mess about with lower backs. Hope it feels better soon
You still ran for 20 mins, and I totally agree with Fra73 that you need to listen to your body, it was something different from the achey legs and so on when we're new to running. Hope you're OK.
