Something had to be done about my couch potato tendencies, so I ordered some running shoes, downloaded the c25k podcasts ..... and bottled it. I couldn't really go outside and run, could I?
Well, much to my surprise, I did just that. Today, in daylight no less. I'm not quite sure I enjoyed it and I know it will hurt tomorrow, but I got through it - 8 minutes of running, who'd have thought it?
I'd never really done enough exercise to feel a buzz afterwards, but I think I might be starting to understand.....

Well done to all of you, the 1st one is the hardest & you've done it!! This programme is great, hopefully you will be as amazed as I was (& still am) that it got me, an overweight complete swerver of exercise, motivated to complete it & nearly 2 weeks after graduating I still want to push myself to do better!
