Help on tightness in quadriceps

I'm up to the longer runs in week 7 and its the first time I've experienced real tightness in the front of my thighs. In fact its just my left one. Has anyone else had this ? and is there something in my running style that could just be affecting one side ?

In dance, we're always taught to stretch out any muscle we've been using a lot - otherwise it tightens as it bulks up and limits flexibility. Make sure you stretch out your quads (and hamstrings, to even it out) properly after each run and even stretch them on the days you aren't running.

I'm not sure about what you're doing that's only causing it to happen in one leg, though - does anyone else have an answer?

Could it have anything to do with running on a camber? Do you always run on the same side of the street or do you make sure you alter it evenly?
