I got my badge!

My graduate badge is up! Wooo! I just ran my first 5K without Laura. I did miss her but it was nice to listen to my own tunes for a change. Once I've done my park run on Saturday I'm going to start the Bridge to 10k in prep for my Race for Life. Just hope my dodgy ankle holds out. Really pleased that I have inspired one of my old school friends to do Couch to 5K and she did Run 1 week 1 today.
