well you cant win them all! I'm in awe of you for running for 30 minutes at all! well done on what you have achieved and no need to beat yourself up over a little blip. Rock on 2 days time when you will crack that 30mins! x

There will be the odd bad day. Could be that you needed an extra day's rest for some reason, or tiredness, dehydration, several factors. You still ran 22 mins, which a few weeks ago would have seemed impossible! I had to remind myself on a run the other day that slowing down to a recovery walk for 20-30 seconds and then going back to running pace wasnt a crime either, lol!

Indeed, that works wonders for me too :)

You mustn't beat yourself up! You were just having a bad da - as we all do - and just think back to how far you have come on with all this! Remember week 1 when you were running for only mins at a time! Try going out at a slightly different time, or a different route perhaps? Is there a local park you could go to. I am only on early days, but doing week 3 whilst on holiday last week doing different runs, really spurred me on. Let us know how you get on - we are all behind you!

Sorry to hear you've had a bad run but if you've got to week 9 without one...well done you!!! I had this kind of run a couple of times in w8 and the first time it happens it does knock you for 6. Draw a line under it and move on to the next run, I'm sure it will be fine

I struggled in weeks 8 and 9 but got there :)

Don't be gutted, I hated week 9 run 1 and didn't think I could carry on either. Run 2 was easier though and then it's just one more til you graduate :)

It happened to me on week 9 run 2, I know how you feel, I was gutted, but don't worry it's true you will find some days are much better than others and just look how far you have come. Keep up the good work.
