finished W1 R3 today and because it was so lovely outside i finished with a 30minute walk. Im so proud of myself for doing this and Im actually looking forward to week 2.

Thank you all for your lovely suppotive comments. Im really looking foward to my run tomorrow, at the moment the sun is shining but its forcast sleet & snow tomorrow will I still feel like going for a run??? ......watch this space!!!
