Week 1 finished

Week 1 went to plan and week 2 started ok then plans changed and days had to change so week 2 may take more than a week! I tried the warm up video in the discovery section and nearly felt too tired to run after it. The post run stretches video made me laugh, the instructor had nearly finished the floor stretches before I'd even managed to get down to the ground - I now know to pause the video as soon as she says 'floor'. I've signed up for a charity 5k in mid June which should be enough time to finish the program and up my time/distance to 5k. First time round I never ran much more than 3k in each session of the last week of the program.

congratulations Sewandrunmore …you have jumped the biggest hurdle and that’s actually getting your kit on & starting the programme…well done to you…keep it up & keep posting on here…

Doesn’t matter how slow you are, you go at your own pace…even for the stretches 😉
