Have you got the latest version of the app? I updated mine last night and there’s a ****new**** Beyond Couch to 5k section with three more runs. They’re all with Steve Cram. Longer post about what’s available coming later.

The first thing you need to do if celebrate! Massive achievement and you should be super proud of yourself. You might like to claim a virtual graduate badge from Mummycav here…

The main thing is to find a way to keep running in a way that brings you joy and minimises your chance of getting injured. That can look like lots of different things. Have fun finding your way! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Thanks for sharing this info - I hadn't realised there were now 'beyond' runs. I will check them out 😀

Congratulations! The 'Beyond' runs sound like a good idea (didn't have them when I graduated :) )

I really missed having that encouraging voice in my ears so turned to the Nike Running Club app. It's free and you don't need to buy Nike stuff to use it. Lots and lots of guided runs and training plans.

The general advice after graduation is to consolidate what you've achieved - getting used to running 30 minutes and/or 5k, whichever suits you best. Once you're happy with this you can decide what you want to do. A lot of us try running longer or further or even faster, which can be fun. The NRC app will help with all of these. It also has plenty of runs at this level if that's what you prefer.

Now that you've graduated C25K you can explore which bit of running you really enjoy :)

Well done! 👏….(plus a shiny badge….😉)…...lots of choices and things to try out there…….have you thought about parkrun?

Best invention ever, I reckon….a whole new community…….and you don’t have to run or have completed C25K….

Congratulations 🎉
