well it took me long enough but I’ve completed week 3. Long story short it was Christmas, I’d hurt my back and blah blah blah excuses excuses.

But I’ve completed Week 3 and it was a good week. I changed my run speed to 7.5 just so I could complete the whole time but the last day I changed and did 8.5 in my 90 second runs.

Monday and week 4 here I come. 👍

Well done! What a good start. Don't overdo it though - slow and steady is the key to finishing without injury, and don't forget those rest days. Good luck with your running journey 🏃‍♀️

Well done, it sounds like you are doing great work! I'm currently on the start of week 3 just did my first run and it was tricky but so happy I managed it! Good luck for week 4
