Iβve ran Week 6 Run 3 for the first time this morning having reached Week 6 Run 2 back in September 2023. So proud of myself and I feel so motivated to carry on. If I can do it you can!! π

Congratulations to you Heti on completing run 3 of week 6 of C25K, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, that quite a long time between run 2 and 3 of week 6, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs.
ππYeah!! Heti is back on the job! Well done. Take extra rest days to begin with if you need to & add in some S&F to help prevent injury. What a come back!!π€
Thank you. Iβve kept running for the past 6 months but Iβve had to re-run W6 for a very long time. Today, I thought letβs try W6R3 and I succeeded!!! ππ
Yes, thank you! Life has been a bit busy with all sorts of stuff thatβs got in the way of runs. Iβm currently stuck at home with workmen here and itβs a perfect day for running out there. Iβm super enthusiastic to get out again and thatβs always a good place to be!
