10 mins x2

Well I started today trying to push it a bit after my 3 weeks out. Went back to w6r2. As I started the knees were hurting but pushed through that and they were fine. I might just do that one again to feel more confident but it is good to be back and running. Thanks for all the encouragement.

🍏Well done! Watch those knees! Run slower if necessary and don’t forget to strengthen them in between! It’s also ok to take an extra rest day!

Thanks for the advice. I am leaving two days between runs and doing pilates for hips as well. Onwards and upwards now.
