I'm a little confused: No matter how long I want to run and different distances each time, I still have 4.6 km. There will be a mistake somewhere, but I don't have time to deal with it..
I'm excited to be able to mix Laura's instructions with the background music and audiobook.
I ordered original of Isaac Asimov's Foundation (since it's such a hit on AppleTV - where it's HEAVILY edited) to supplement my education. It is interesting that in connection with the book of the Czech scientist Miroslav Bárta entitled "Seven laws: How civilizations arise, reach their peak and decline" it gives quite an interesting whole. I only know parts of this second book so far, so there will be another in the sequence in time
But the main thing is that I am doing more than one thing at once: I am training my body and mind, which is absolutely great, and running has another useful dimension.
PS: Only the third part was quite intellectually difficult for me, so I will have to repeat it. However, I am happy with this upgrade!
