I was slightly amazed with myself on Friday, when I managed to do the 25 minutes of solid running required for Week 6, Run 3 - in very muddy conditions! I wasn't 100% confident that I'd be able to do it again but I set off mid-morning Sunday to start Week 7. And it was ok! Less muddy/slippery tracks, thanks to less rain and more sunshine, although the logging vehicles have been churning up all the paths in my local woods, leaving lots of ruts - making my usually slow pace EVEN slower. But I don't care if I'm a slowcoach, I managed to run (slowly) all the way up the big hill today so am feeling like a winner ποΈ. Picture is from horribly muddy Week 6, Run 3 - glad it was a bit drier today. I'm starting to feel like I can actually get to the end of Week 9...
