So, a couple weeks back I was running with my own program, and I hated it. Too slow. 4 min walk 1 min run. Parker and I want to thank all the beautiful folks here that pointed me to your awesome C25K system. So, I have started that and it is exactly what I wanted. I have programed all 9 weeks on my garmin. I am done week 1 as of this morning and it is going very well. Even been trying fit in my stretching after. Yup and water is on par. Admittedly, my stretching happens in the kitchen making the family breakfast, but I squeeze in my self care where I can with 2 kids as home...lol. I did have a funny skit in my head of me cooking at the stove barefoot with my cheese burger baby (trying to loose the tummy) stretching. 🤣 The kitchen island is very handy for balance...lol. Just wanted to say thanks again for all the support and look forward to the journey!

What a lovely dog Parker is! I love a beardy dog and those are some excellent eyebrows 😄
