First tried the program in 2020 and got to the end of week 6, then COVID hit and felt wrong panting round the streets, so I stopped. Post COVID, did some cardio-tennis and got a foot injury which lead to knee pain. Thought I’d need some sort of surgery to put it right, but when I saw the GP, and the idiot said it was just weak and gave me some exercises! Well, the idiot GP was bang on and the knee strengthened. So now I have only slight pain from climbing stairs, I have started the program again. Yesterday completed wk3 run1.
