Week 6 is here

I'm away for work tonight/tomorrow so if I didn't start week 6 today it would be Wednesday and I didn't want to leave it until then.

I spent most of yesterday working on a car, it's a long story but one of my 'pass times' is car detailing, this is a car I bought cheap and either my mum will be using it or I'll flip it and sell it on.

Mrs LeeU felt sick, dizzy and light headed yesterday evening so we decided to get her checked out, by the time we'd done that it was gone 7pm, we watched the F1 we'd recorded and by then it was nearly 11pm, I had a headache so I got my head down.

Twice in the night the smoke detectors activated, they are ready for changing but I'll give them a clean today and arrange to have them replaced.

I was still tired when I got out of bed but I wanted to do W6R1, I do not like R1 and 2 of this week but it's in the program so I'll do them.

The joffle sessions were down slow and steady and were over before I knew it.

All showered now, first day back to work, I'll sleep in the hotel tonight.

It's a run that often trips people up with going back to intervals.
