I can’t honestly believe I’m running for nearly 30 mins, every time I go out my pace is getting faster. I’m so proud of myself…never ever thought I’d do this. Treated myself to some Contra running gear and tried that today. Very comfy. Also got my parkrun card through. My next aim once this is completed. X

Congratulations to you Lp47 on almost completing C25K with run 2 of week 8, not long now until you graduate, only 4 more runs, you should be very proud of yourself, good luck for your graduation run and running at parkrun after you graduate.
