Well that's all 6 completed! I am ridiculously pleased with my efforts, particularly today's 25 min run. I seem to have found my goldilocks zone:

breathing βœ”οΈ

pace βœ”οΈ

Finally found my natural pace, I feel really positive about getting to 30 minutes now. Thanks to C25K and all the lovely people supporting us allπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

You deserve to be very proud of yourself Sax64 and ridiculously pleased with your efforts on completing run 3 of week 6, do you realise that you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, congratulations, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs, not long now until you graduate.
