It is, and well done!

For a lot of C25K beginners, it's seen as a 'big jump'. *Physically* it isn't, when you look closer at the TOTAL amount of running time that you do in Week 4 (16 mins compared to 9 mins in Week 3), but that lack of walking break in W5R3 tends scare the bejesus out of a lot of folk. There's no need simply cos the body has been prepared for it with the amount of running time you've had before it.

Mentally though, different story. It's a big psychological hurdle and from here on in, nothing should faze you in the program.

Crack on! The home straight beckons ...

Well done!

I did this exact run on Friday to celebrate my third anniversary of starting running.

(Though, just to be different, I did it in bare feet. 🤪)

Be careful with the next runs. The run/walk intervals return briefly in Week 6. With the new-found confidence from completing the 20 minute run from Week 5, many attack W6 too quickly.
