Turning failure around

I tried in lockdown but just didn’t have the discipline/confidence/va va voom to stick at it.

I’m mightily impressed by those that do! I think it’s a great programme.

Good luck all of you on your journeys!

I realised I am not suited to solo exercise but unfortunately couldn’t find anyone willing to join me. So I joined a local weekly beginner class instead; met some lovely people and got going. Those guys go to park run so I do that too now.

Happy walk, jog, run to everyone!

It’s so great that you realised the solo element of c25k wasn’t working well for you and you decided make changes. That’s a great success! Thanks for sharing your inspirational story!

Running with others can be a wonderful source of motivation-it’s brilliant you’ve found that club. Wishing you all the best with your journey. Let us know how you’re getting on-I’m sure you’ll have loads of success to share 🏃‍♀️💪🏃‍♀️
