First Park Run!

Did my first Park Run this morning with my sister. What an experience! Very cold morning and about 400 people jostling to get to the front. Sis and I took it steady, walking when we felt the need to. Finished in about 50 mins. Now I know the course I'll be able to pace myself. Feeling great for having done it. 👍

Massive congratulations to you! Have you seen the weekly park run post over on Bridge? You’ve be most welcome to share your story there too and be congratulated by a whole load more people on your brilliant achievement, especially on a cold day! I always find reading other people’s stories encouraging, even when I haven’t been myself.

Hope you can squeeze in a mini celebration!
