first time posting here today. But just wanted to say I ran week 5 run 3. And you know what I really enjoyed it. Never run before doing C25K kept to a good pace, breathing controlled and i can’t believe I did it 🥳 I have ordered Brooks adrenaline trainers so there will be no stopping me now
I even persuaded my husband to start it yesterday.

Absolutely superb news! Congratulations! That was my favourite run of the whole programme. I bet you’re still smiling. Well done on getting your husband involved too. It’s taken over a year for me but mine’s now up and running and it’s a really nice thing to do together.
Just a thing to watch for-week 6 can sometimes catch people out when it’s back to intervals after the high of that great run at the end of week 5. Take extra care to keep it steady and you’ll nail it.
Im sure you’ve already spotted the programme guide, but if not, here it is and it’s always worth a read.
