I’ve just got back at it after re-doing W1. Seems every time I decide to go run it snows and I take fright! Anyway I did W2R1 tonight and it was much better than I thought. I changed out of my trail shoes and running in the dark at the play field to my new runners and some standard paths and felt ok. I may not be saying that tomorrow if my legs are sore!!!

Well done for getting back out there - should be getting easier now that the weather is getting more Spring like and the sun is out more.

Wk7 Run1 down in the dumps
