Run 1 Week 1

Having signed up about about 3 weeks ago I finally got started! I have been very active in the past but have been ill so out of action for a while and I thought Couch to 5k would be a great way to get back into exercise in a structured way and I love being outside! It was very cold today but the run / walk combo went really well and I love Jo Wiley as my coach! Looking forward to run 2.

Welcome to the forum and the program!

And it's good to hear you enjoyed run 1

Do have a look through our program guide.

healthunlocked.com/couchto5....

It's packed with useful information to help you through the program.

Keep your runs nice and slow, stay hydrated and remember to do the after run stretches referred to in the guide.

Most of all, Enjoy!
