Well 4th time out with the Beginners2Runners Dartford Group last Thursday managed my longest run for as long as I can remember 2022 was not a great running year even though I did get out there and run but couldn’t even manage 5k which I had been doing with my eyes closed. The four times with the group have seen my times reducing not by much but the distance is now being achieved on a regular basis even if the times are well over what was being achieved in 2021 and before. Hopefully everyone is still managing to run and achieving what you want and wish to. Stay safe and healthy. Post soon.

I don’t think that will be too hard 😂 2022 definitely lacked something with very little success after March but we get up and go again. Good luck with your running.

Trying Katnap still a little hit and miss but the distances before having to walk are becoming much closer to the 5K so I am hoping it won’t be long until the 5K’s are second mature again.
