There's a runner on youtube called Ben Parkes. His catchphrase is "getting it done". I said that a lot to myself when I was following the c25k plan. You are indeed " getting it done " and you will surely benefit mentally from the fresh air, exercise, sense of achievement and pride in just getting out there. Go you!!
