Happy to say that a few weeks ago I completed the c25k and have since done x3 30 mins runs and a 25 min run, the latter due to my earphones running out of power and deciding to make the run shorter.
I don’t know about you but I need music in my ears when running.
I try and run every 3-4 days is that suitable?
Oh, and do I get a badge

I usually like either actual conversation with a person, music or a chatty podcast with me on a run. I find discussion based podcasts better for keeping me at a good steady pace and not too fast. Running every three or four days is a great pattern if it works for you. It’s best to make sure you keep your rest day(s) for at least six months, ideally a year after you started running regularly. There’s no rule that all runs need to be 30 minutes. I’ve been really enjoying some shorter ones recently. Until you’re finished consolidating, keep that 30minutes as a maximum and then, if you want there are lots of options if you wanted to increase. Totally up to you though.
thanks for the advice, I understand what you say, I may look at shorter runs as this will boost up my fitness I suppose. I ain’t no spring chicken and overweight so need to look at my diet now.
I missed this reply! What a gorgeous collection of pups! My sister has huskies. They’re beautiful dogs. Mad as anything (in a lovely way) but beautiful!
