Trying to do this again, re started at week 4 which feels doable. Just come back from very cold evening run but feels good to be having another go!! Fingers crossed 🤞

well done on getting back out there - this is the third time for me 😁 - also started back at week 4 and now just completed week 6 and still feeling good 👍 - onwards and upwards.
