Only one word for your achievement. Awesome 😎
Determined does not even begin to cover this
You have had fun since you Graduated !
What a star 🌟Well done !
This is just great to read! Keep on running and keep on being an inspiration! 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Congratulations to you Skeg on all those runs you have ran since graduating from C25K, you must run 3 or 4 times a week to make up all those kilometers, 2,500 is excellent 😊 🏃🏾, since graduating I only run 2 times a week and have ran about 1,200 kilometers since graduating in June 2018.
Really inspiring, thank you for posting that.
Thank you all for comments.
As regards runs per week. I've done 4 runs a week (circa 25 - 30k) but that means the following week after rest days 2 is max, which excludes a 10k. Thus 2 - 3 runs is better for me as one of more would be 7 - 10k.
Good luck to all and don't forget those rest days.
Brilliant...I love posts like this 😁👍
I'm 50 and more than anything I hope to be able to still get out there running when I'm retired...mostly the thrill of still being able & having something so positive to fill my time with. And then the luxury of every run being like a weekend run without out all the time constraints of the working week.
Your post gives me hope that it's possible... may you keep on running for many more years. With all the kms you're getting in, it certainly doesn't seem like there's any stopping you 👏
