You are doing very well Cello123, well done on completing runs 1 and 2 of week 1, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 1. Cello suggests that you play a cello, do you?
