I restarted last summer but the intense heat and illness stopped me at week 3. Well now and feeling Christmas, I will be venturing out tomorrow for my first run and feeling quite excited. Motivation this time is to lose weight, keep my blood sugar at normal and join my friend for our annual town 5k at Easter. πŸ˜€

Hello and welcome back. It is good to see you again .

I know that you know the form, but if you want a quick refresh... here is the link.

You will find so many old friends still here and still get the same enouragement and support here too. Maybe pop into Catch-Up-Corner too, lots of us have a rest and a chat there:)

So, enjoy that return run, take it slow and steady , ( yes, I am still saying it), and do keep posting please:)
