I restarted last summer but the intense heat and illness stopped me at week 3. Well now and feeling Christmas, I will be venturing out tomorrow for my first run and feeling quite excited. Motivation this time is to lose weight, keep my blood sugar at normal and join my friend for our annual town 5k at Easter. 😀
