Covid has struck! Week 7 second run. ..and I got covid . Was enjoying my runs also doing circuits. Now a little unsure how to tackle it? Still feeling grotty but over the worst of it now. Any tips would be appreciated?

I’ve also recently had covid. It’s miserable! I found I was a lot more tired after runs than normal so took more recovery days and went extra slowly. A couple of times, I went shorter than I’d planned.
The best thing is to listen to your body and err on the side of doing less rather than more. I’d go out for a gentle jog with a time limit rather than a minimum target (for example you could choose a maximum of twenty five minutes rather than trying to run for at least fifteen). I find that helpful in not pushing myself to go further than I should coming back from illness. See how that goes and you’ll be in a better position to judge where to pick up from.
Really good luck to you. ❤️
