Hi all I’ve just got off the treadmill doing week 6 episode one and it was so much easier than week 5 episode 3. Moving up from 8 min reps to 20 in one go was really hard. I’ve looked at what’s to come on ep 2 and 3. I’m looking forward to ep 2, but not 3. Anyone got any good tips please?

Hi fitziio , welcome! If you haven't already looked at it, you'll find lots of useful information in the How toRun C25K guide (healthunlocked.com/couchto5... not least of which is take things as slowly as you like.
The thing is, while I recognise that you found it hard, W5R3 was actually a minute shorter than your previous two W5 sessions! And W6R3 is only a minute longer than W6R1. Have a look at this breakdown of C25K timings: drive.google.com/file/d/0B4...
When you've successfully completed a week's runs, your body is prepared for the next ones, but your mind may well be telling you otherwise! You might find reading this post helpful: healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Personally, I find it helpful to break longer runs down mentally into sections. So, for example, you could frame 25 minutes as 10 + 7 + 4 + 3 + 1. The exact numbers don't actually matter, as long as they add up correctly and each chunk is no longer than the previous one!
I'll finish by saying I've never run on a treadmill in my life, so you're already one up on me - you can definitely do this!
I did those runs on a treadmil my tips for what's it's worth is slow down on the longer runs, it's about getting to the end not speed.
Remember that the toxic 10 will make the first 10 mins worse than the last it's just a barrier to get through.
