Tim's run on a grey Somerset morning

Like every one else I've valued Tim's advice and comments enormously. I am still in awe of how patient and tolerant he was, providing practical and often inspiring advice for all the C25k community, even when somebody like me was asking a really dumb question.

This is one of my favourite runs - actually it's two short runs with a break in the middle to walk up a very steep and muddy track to get out of the valley. But I love the peace and quiet so do it every so often just because it makes me feel good.

That does look like a really nice place to run!

I’m lucky to have somewhere like this close to home. But it is better in summer - in winter it can be a sea of mud!
