I am sure many of you read Oldfloss's very sad post yesterday, kindly letting us know that the lovely IannodaTruffe - Tim - passed away this week. If you didn't see it, you can find it here.healthunlocked.com/couchto5....

Tim touched the lives of so many people in our running forums, and many have been in touch to ask whether we can organise something in Tim's name.

For the moment the admin team agree it is a little early to finalise something just yet; we feel anything we do in the name of HU must be in line with what Tim's wife and the rest of his family wish. And of course in line with what Tim wished too.

Oldfloss is in touch with Tim's wife and, when the time is right, she will discuss this with her.

With that in mind, could we ask you to hold those thoughts for a little while, bear with us, watch this space and in the meantime keep running, keep smiling just as Tim would wish.

The Admin team x
