we’ll eventually got around to starting Couch to 5k again. I’ve lost a stone in weight without any exercise so I’m hoping this will help reduce it even more and help tone my legs

Congratulations to you Kemali on losing a stone in weight and starting C25K, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your running journey with C25K, if you wish you can report your progress on this forum.

Well done on the weight loss and starting c25k again. Just remember slow and steady. You got this!

Great to have you back again! It’s probably worth having a reread of the pinned “how to run c25k” post which has had an update recently.
