Week 6 Run 1

I’m feeling really good, my run was dare I say easy this morning. Looking forward to my last run this week. The second should be easy, with just two 10 minute runs. It’s the 25 minutes that I’m excited yet anxious about. But if I could do 20 minutes no problem, 25 shouldn’t be too bad 😊

Don't be too anxious about run 3 of week 6, take it slow and steady, once you have completed it you will be told by your coach that you are officially a runner, congratulations on completing all the runs and weeks upto run 1 of week 6, not too long now until you graduate. 😊 🏃🏾

well done! 👏🏻 I thought week 6 run 1 was the most difficult of all the runs (mentally) and you just smashed that one! Good luck and enjoy the 25 minute run, it gets better from that point.

Like someone else has said on here I found W6 R1 the toughest of all the runs. It’s a mental hurdle that one after doing what sounds like a harder run at the end of W5. So if you smashed it you’re doing great!
